Mixture Breakdown Report
The Mixture Breakdown Report provides an ingredient breakdown, mixture recipe instructions (if documented), and prescription cost for mixture prescriptions. This report can be generated for all mixtures filled in a range of prescription numbers or for a specific prescription.
Criteria

Start Date and End Date - generates the report for all mixtures filled in prescriptions over the specified date range.

Patient - generates the report for all mixtures filled in prescriptions for the specified patient over the specified date range.

First Rx # and Last Rx # - generates the report for all mixtures in a range of prescriptions, starting with the first prescription number and ending with the last prescription number specified.
To generate the report for a single prescription, enter the prescription number in the First Rx # field and leave the Last Rx # field blank.
